David Sotolongo, Founder & Managing Director
David is a seasoned executive who has worked in the bio-pharmaceutical industry, finance and not-for-profit organizations. He has advised senior leaders on how to get results through an engaged workforce. These leaders came from a variety of sectors such as pharma, energy, unions and lobbying groups. He has a background in Sales, Marketing, Inclusion and Human Resources. Most recently he lead global workforce inclusion efforts at a large biopharmaceutical company based in New York. He’s a past member of the Society of Human Resource Management and certified in Strategic Workforce Planning.
